What we collect

Information you send us. When you use the inquiry form or email us, we receive what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, group size, and message. We also note the page you sent it from and any campaign tags in the link you arrived on, so we know which ads and posts bring guests to us.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics and advertising tools that record how visitors use the site: pages viewed, buttons clicked, the website or ad that referred you, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies.

Booking information. When you book, payment is handled by our reservation and payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To answer your inquiry and manage your reservation.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To measure our advertising and show our ads to people who may be interested in a stay.
• To meet legal, tax, and safety obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Tools and partners

We use these service providers, each under its own privacy policy: Cloudflare (hosting and analytics delivery), Google Analytics and Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising, Hostaway (reservations), Stripe (payments), and FormSubmit (inquiry form delivery). Microsoft Clarity records anonymized visits, such as clicks and scrolling, to show us where the site is hard to use; it does not record what you type into forms.

Your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and adjust ad personalization in your Google and Meta ad settings.
• You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We'll reply within 30 days. Records we must keep for tax or legal reasons are kept for as long as the law requires.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning travel. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
